2. Measure the internal diameter of the ring (in mm). Ensure your ruler starts at the 0mm mark.

Instructions

1. Cut a thin strip of paper, ensuring it's not too wide.
2. Wrap the paper around your finger where you'd like your ring to be. Pull it snugly for the best fit.
3. Mark the spot where the paper overlaps and measure the distance in millimeters (mm) with a ruler.

Additional Tips

• Temperature changes affect ring size. Fingers tend to be more swollen when it is warm/hot, and smaller when temperatures are cold.
• Fingers tend to swell throughout the day, so we recommend sizing your finger at the end of the day.
• Consider the ring’s band width; thicker bands may feel tighter than thin bands.
