Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders over $140 CAD. Our shipping costs vary depending on location and which shipping service you choose. At checkout you can choose which shipping option suits you best.
How long does shipping take?
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days.
Canada
• Standard Delivery – Shipped time: 1-5 business days, Processing time: 1-4 business days
• Express Delivery – Shipped time: 2-4 business days, Processing time: 1-4 business days
USA
• Standard Delivery – Shipped time: 4-8 business days, Processing time: 1-4 business days
• Express Delivery – Shipped time: 2-4 business days, Processing time: 1-4 business days
International
• Standard Delivery – Shipped time: 10-14 business days, Processing time: 1-4 business days

All items are packed with love and care and shipped from our office in Montreal, Canada.
Will I pay duties and taxes?
Please note import tax and duty is subject to your own country and will not be an expense covered by Bloom. Please be aware of the tax and duty regulations of your country before ordering.
Returns
Return & Exchange Policy
Site-Wide Sales & Final Sale Items:
- Items purchased during site-wide sales or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.
Return Process:
- Items are eligible for returns within 30 days of being delivered, provided they meet our return criteria.
- To initiate a return, please visit our Return & Exchange Portal
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging included.
- Once your return is received and meets our return criteria, we will process an exchange or refund within 5 business days.
- The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be included in any credit notes issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

- We’ll work to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
Returning a Gift:
- If you wish to return a gift, you can access our Return & Exchange Portal to initiate the process.
- Please note that all other return and exchange policies, including eligibility criteria and shipping costs, still apply.
International Orders:
- For orders shipping outside of Canada, the best option is to select tracked shipping to minimize delays and ensure timely delivery.
Additional Policies:
- Tarnishing over time is not considered a fault and does not qualify for returns or exchanges.

I ordered the wrong item, what do I do?
Once orders are processed, they are immediately sent to our warehouse for shipment and we will not be able to facilitate any order changes. If you do make a mistake on your order - please contact us at info@thebloomjewelry.ca and we will assist.
