To find your size, wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest part of your wrist and add a half inch for comfort. If you're between sizes, size up. The elastic gives a little, but a too-tight bracelet wears out the elastic faster.

Care is light. Take the bracelet off before showering, swimming, or applying lotion and perfume.
