What is your Return Policy?
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving your item. The item must be sent back to us in it's original condition, unworn, with all original packaging. Please contact us at info@heavenmayhem.com to begin your returns process.
All holiday gifts purchased between November 1, 2024 - December 24, 2024 can be returned for store credit or exchange up until January 13, 2025. Refunds to the original payment method will not be permitted for any product.
We are unable to accept returns for refunds for earrings due to hygiene reasons - although we are more than happy to exchange or give store credit.

How is my order packaged?
• Bracelets: Placed in a custom circular Bloom box, designed to keep your jewelry safe and beautifully stored even after unboxing.
• Necklaces, Earrings, Rings: Carefully wrapped in a Bloom pouch or box, depending on the piece, to ensure each item is perfectly protected.
• Packaging: All pieces are then placed in a larger box with tissue paper, creating a gift-worthy experience—whether you’re treating yourself or someone you love.
Shipping
Order Fulfillment
All orders take 1-4 days from when an order is placed to be processed and fulfilled. Once you receive shipping details, that is when your selected shipping method will come into effect.
Once your order has shipped you will receive email confirmation as well as tracking details.
Domestic Shipping
If you are placing an order within Canada, your order will deliver via Standard delivery within 1-5 business days from the ship date.
We offer FREE Standard delivery on all orders over $150 CAD placed within Canada.
Should you wish to opt for Express Delivery, your order will deliver within 1-2 business days after the 1-3 day fulfillment period.
International Shipping
All international orders for ready to ship styles will deliver via standard delivery within 5-10 business days from the ship date.
Please note, all international orders will ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), thus, may incur duties, fees and/or import taxes upon delivery.
