Instructions
- Use a ring that fits the desired finger.
- Measure the internal diameter of the ring (in mm). Ensure your ruler starts at the 0mm mark.
Use the size chart to determine your ring size:

Instructions
- Cut a thin strip of paper, ensuring it's not too wide.
- Wrap the paper around your finger where you'd like your ring to be. Pull it snugly for the best fit.
- Mark the spot where the paper overlaps and measure the distance in millimeters (mm) with a ruler.

Additional Tips
- Temperature changes affect ring size. Fingers tend to be more swollen when it is warm/hot, and smaller when temperatures are cold.
- Fingers tend to swell throughout the day, so we recommend sizing your finger at the end of the day.
- Consider the ring’s band width; thicker bands may feel tighter than thin bands.
