They sent the wrong size. Worse customer service ever. I wrote them the day I got bracelets to change the size - and they never replied until 6 emails later. Then once I explained- they sent the wrong link to fix it and again never replied to my 4 emails for 3 weeks!

My first bracelet! I really like the design and the color. I would prefer to not have the elastic band, it’s quite hard and I’m scared to break the bracelet. Also, for the packaging having a mini box instead of the bag would be nice.

I love this piece of jewelry and I cannot wait to wear it!! The only issue I have is it’s a little tight on me and I’m trying to change the size. But no one has gotten in touch with me after sending out emails. Otherwise I love the piece I purchased.
